šŸ˜ž šŸ˜ž Seems like guavas don't celebrate CNY! Went walking around Serangoon Central just now, but the guavas have all gone into hiding! šŸ˜ž šŸ˜ž Those at the NTUC are ugly! 😢

There's another one, also \"agar-logy\" recipe. Guava marinated with preserved orange peel! I am  even as I type this. Must go and make some soon!

Very simple. Slice guava into thin slices. Cut preserved orange peel into thin stripes. Marinate one day in advance. Enjoy! :celebrate:
I know this might sound quite suaku but where can i get this preserved orange peel from and any particular brand? Thanks

No, no question is suaku. We are all learning.

No particular brands, as long as it's preserved orange peel, but I know that there is one that is commonly found in those tidbits shop, the wrapper is black in colour and it is usually sold in packs of 3 or 4 for a dollar or something like that.
