My favourite is Caesar Salad, which is so easy to prepare. Just get the lettuce and top it with Caesar Salad dressing and bacon bits. Will be nice to add on smoked salmon... Yummy!! :drool:

Seems like guavas don't celebrate CNY! Went walking around Serangoon Central just now, but the guavas have all gone into hiding! Those at the NTUC are ugly! -

Very simple. Slice guava into thin slices. Cut preserved orange peel into thin stripes. Marinate one day in advance. Enjoy! :celebrate:
