2nd time: almost saw thru my kneading blade

Hey Maid, thanks for sharing. It sure sounds interesting, but using breadmakers already takes 3.5 hours and this thermal method, we need to wait for 12 hours and that's not including the baking! :!: :!: Not sure if I have the patience.

Oh yes, BTW, there is a beef stew recipe in that link. Better don't :offtopic: so much here.
