Ya, really good night. Have to wake up early to bake banana cake for my mum tomorrow morning. :snooze:
Mmmm, I like! So did you buy polka-dotted pigmented bananas this time?

Happy Mama:

wondering aloud  what say at the kneading process, during the \"Add\" stage, we slowly pour in the 2-3 colours one colour at a time, ie we don't add the colouring in first but later. Wonder if we can get that effect then :?25hourmaid:
So simple? Won't the 3 colours blend together instead of getting 3 coloured swirls?
That's something you can't do using the breadmachine. You have to bake manually.
Hmm... must trial and error on this one
Or maybe try putting the 3 colours at 3 different spots? Hmm, schweppes, do you want to be the first to try?
or maybe 25hourmaid?
Don't mind trying it out actually but don't fancy using artificial colouring for this. Wonder if there are some natural food colouring to use :?
Anyway, intend to bake cranberry bread tomorrow. Something \"ang ang\" for CNY
