      Hi All,

How is the quality of Wushu @ community centres?
Most CCs are pretty decent, or at least this is the case a couple of years ago. There were many cases where CC students did well enough to be invited to the national wushu team...

        Hi Barney,

May I know which cc does ur child goes to? :?

Reason is, I think different cc has different fee.
dd learning at Pasir Ris Elias cc, fees still at $148 per a term of 10 weeks for Passion member. When you mentioned different cc has different fee, you are comparing only those cc who offered wushu from Wufang? I know some cc cheaper if the lessons are not offered by Wufang.

          Thks Barney!

Yup, comparing different cc by wufang only. different cc has different facilities. I heard that the better facilities such as cairn hill cc has room or studio, and children are taught in different age group. But other cc such as brad dell heights cc, if the no. Of children not enough, they will group the younger ones with the bigger ones.

          Cairnhill offer $250. πŸ˜„

            Anyone's kids with Wufang (http://www.wufangsingapore.com/)?

            Comments pls, thanks!
My boy is at wufang and is still there since he was 3.5years old. It was fun for him as he enjoys it alot. In fact, he was the youngest. But as long as he knows how to follow instruction, it is fine. The duration of the course is 2 hrs. The Jiao Lian are strict and so my boy learns to be be discipline.

If you are there on Sat between 10.30-12.30, it is the busiest time. You will see lots of students. Some hold spade and long stick. Very impressive. Every kids will aspire to have spade and so will trained hard.

My son have been attending wushu classes at Chi Life Studio for about 3 years now. His masters are from China, and one of them from Shaolin. The classes are conducted in English, 'padded' flooring and small groups. He is happy there

              Hi anutieM,

              Where is Chi Life Studio?

There is. Elitewushu teaches at the RC next to catholic high. Wanted to sign ds1 for the course, but he is just a beginner and the other students are quite advanced. So they told me that I would have to travel to other branch for beginner class, or if I can get at least another 3 new students, then they will open a new class or get another coach to join in to teach.

                      So, anyone keen? πŸ˜‰
