my ds no interest in swimming lesson so probably will join if he does go to HW next year, hope peer pressure will make him interested.

My DD used to learn from APS also. I found it good cos the pool is not open for public. Once they finish the lesson they will leave the pool. Which means no distraction.
Compared to those public swimming pool can see a lot of small kids playing n some Bikini hot babe walking here n there… -

Call up and find out if there is space for a timing that works for you. There will be a free assessment prior. BTW, the toilets in APS farrer park do NOT have hot water. Though after an hour or so in the pool, it shouldn't quite matter.
Wow he so on, only one holiday week :!: But then again, he used to be the fastest swimmer for the 50m. DD has been nagging me about swimming, not quite sure why, maybe it's the pretty swim wear.hquek:
I can answer. APS charges $113.40 per month - one holiday week every year (payment as usual). it's very structured, so that's good. But traffic gets really hairy (for drivers) on weekends.
Thanks, will check it out. Traffic no issue, as it's walking distance for us. We just have to look left and right several times. I just need to find the energy for it........baby like koala and I'm the only tree that can appease her......sigh.
Good thing boy pass the 2nd hurdle which is no diaper during the school bus journey, which is quite long. So maybe the money saved from his diapers can go to his sister's swimming lessons hahaha -

:? har? join what? I didn't see any swimming cca for HWS; not sure if they bring kids out for such classes.
OH. I think as part of their SAP program, kids ARE exposed to guzheng and erhu...it's a bit like curriculum time. DS1 told me they tried out the instruments but I never follow up to see if it's regular lessons that they get. -
hquek:
ya.. they will have it every week. In the timetable during the CCAP music they will learn guxheng or erhu. Don't know will they learn both instruments or only 1.
but I never follow up to see if it's regular lessons that they get. -

if HW does not have any swimming cca, maybe his classmates will mention about learning swimming from outside and hope he will want to join. Guzheng and erhu will really be interesting if there is a regular lesson for this.simsl_sg:

Ya should not matter liao. I will just let her have a long wash under the water to wash away the chlorine and have the bath at home -
