Then u can help your son to learn to play πŸ™‚

      All returned to teacher.

For any interested parent, each year SCO (SG Chinese Orchestra) has a couple of performances that are for kids (similiar to Baby Proms by SSO). We went last year and it was really good. Tickets not as hot as SSO Baby Proms and very entertaining also. Also, I recall tickets were cheaper. Can surf their website for info.

THe SCO performance is on the May 16th. PSG is planning to organize it as an excursion for the children. Parents has to come along as part of our 'parent-child bonding activitiy'.

Yeah! Thanks much for the info. Do you know if it'll be during school time? The last performance we went was in the evening but I'm sure there are other timings.

16th May is a Monday. It is at 1000hrs. We are working with School to see how PSG/Sch can work on the date. But most likely we are going to attend the one on 14th May instead.. Saturday night 2000hrs.

If parents are keen, i am inviting parents to be part of Organizing Committee for this event so that to make this event a succesful one. :).

HWS offered violin class based on suzuki system and my boys signed up. I can't stand the culling whenever my boys practice it at home. [Un]fortunately, they lost interest after a while..
How much is the fee? Are there still lessons during school hols?

Cant remember. Perhaps any P1 parents can advise on the fees?

For that particular methodology, parents must attend the class and be home teacher. So who was the home teacher your wife or you? I remembered a particular school even require the participating parent to purchase a violin as well.
