      :imanisland: everyone ....

Been unadventurous lately and sticking to my wholemeal bread recipe.

For those who are interested, I have found a 'satisfactory' combination of 1/2 cup bread flour and 1/2 cup wholemeal flour and bake it under \"Soft\" function. The end result is much fluffier compared to \"Regular\" function.

      πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„

I tried 1 1/2 (1.5) cups bread flour and 2/3 cups wholemeal flour with 3/4 cup raisins and baked under \"basic\" bake function.... my wholemeal raisin bread turned out very lovely too.

      :hi5:

I think the cookies are not hot enough, oven is still warming up πŸ˜› to justify a club at the moment. Maybe you must contribute more there, drive it up to 300+ pages and only then, maybe Chief might consider upgrading it to a Club?

Isn't this what happened to the Bread Thread? It was converted to a Club only today, after some 360+ pages! So I think the Cookies thread must grow first before it can be converted to a Club status! Maybe must add yeast to the cookies to make it grow as fast as the breads! πŸ˜›

Yes autumnbronze. It's pre-packed, very convenient. πŸ˜‰ Ok will upload after I have baked it. I'm hoping I have time to bake tomorrow, otherwise it will be next week. :celebrate:

Ok, you too must post the banana walnut pix ok? Are Dole bananas the black polka-dotted ones? I was at Finest today, and was so tempted to buy bananas to bake banana cake but the bananas there didn't look like those polka-dotted ones leh. 😒
