Since got discount :rubhands: and eyeing that title, might as well get it.
No point getting P1 since she has sufficient. Get P2.
May I ask what discount is that ? which made you buy the p2 books now? must be more than 20%.

I only buy for p3 when I get 20% from popular. most of all I don't have space to keep them 😞

BUT I baught P3 &4 study helpers' thinking skills to better your english  I baught these books cause Times at center point saw them with 30% disc. this title is no longer in print...I guess. could'nt find it in pop.

          Hi Tinkerbelle/plum-cake,

Members discount is for Popular cardmembers. From time to time, there are such discounts for certain assessment books. I bought the Visible Thinking for P2 bcos each book is $6.50 after discount (which works out to be 22% discount).

Didn’t know Times has attractive discount too, but not convenient for me as compared to Popular at IMM.

No discount for English assessment books or I would have bought P2 ones as well. Gotta wait for June 20% discount. But there will be a Popular Expo sale on 18th March.

But times, they don't carry wide range of assesment books like popular. I think study helpers titles are going off the shelves. so its 30% off. thats why I bought them, only the thinking skills... the name THINKING SKILLS really made me go gaga 😄

If need to get assessment books, of course go to Popular, esp since there is 10% for members and more selection of authors. But Popular having the monopoly is not very healthy for consumers...for eg in the popclub magazine, the published price for the Visible Thinking assessment book is not honoured by Popular :x

                  Hi Plum-cake,

I was mad :x with Popular for not honouring the price printed in BLACK AND WHITE…worse still the stupid reason for not honouring it. Hubby told me not to expect every company to be Robinsons or Cold Storage.

                    Hi Janet,

I went to Popular to check out all the promotion items for this month. Aiyoo, in the end, cant' resist...I bought Visible Thinking 2B and 6. Ya, you are right, there was a printing error for the price for Visible Thinking but Popular couldn't honour it.

Thanks for informing us about the Popular Expo sale. Wow....you are really 神通广大. I will defintely go....keke.
