      Hi,

After I read 200+ pages on bread making thread, I bought a S machine and did make some good bread after quite a few failures. But it is so bread flour consuming, I wonder if anyone know where to get big package to save trips to store and save money too?

Thanks everyone here! Have a nice day!
Oh! So looks like we have a secret lurker in our bread thread! :celebrate: Why not join us for disscussion there? Post some pictures for us to drool over, maybe? šŸ˜‰

Anyway, back to your question about buying bread flour in bulk. Most of us use Prima's Brand. Maybe you might want to give Prima a call to see if they entertain bulk purchase from individuals? :?

Try the big departmental stores like Taka, Tangs, Isetan. Got mine for only $29.90 many years ago at an Isetan sale. Can weight up to 5kg.

I went to sun lit, and it costs about $65. Suppposed can measured up to 1 gram. Very accurate kind.

Are those at isetan accurate? :?

Using the normal scale now, find that every time I weigh something, must tap and tap, else, it won't be accurate.
