True also but now that the weightage is equally spread out, it means that we will have \"exam- like\" revision every term unlike last year, only once a year.

I suppose most parents prefer this, right? Better than what we experienced last year, right? Blissfulmum will have a tough time. It will be 70% in SA2 for both her sons. :faint:

I thought the weekly notification indicated the tests would only take place in Weeks 8 and 9? :scratchhead:

              It's Week 7 now, right?

Hi qms, I heard from the horses' mouth that P1s to P5s do not have CAs. Only P6s will have CAs. You may want to double check with the school. Maybe even if the kids get tested, it is purely revision. I don't think it will be counted for year end exams. πŸ˜„

                    Hi Happy Mama!

Not sure about where your horses come from, but it is indicated in the website that all P3-P5 will have CAs and SA2. In fact, the weightage is 30%/70%.

For P2, they don't call it CAs. They have bite size tests that make up 25% per term. In Term 4, it will be 25% for SA2.

:? strange... Then that someone senior there must have given me wrong information, or maybe I may have heard wrongly (though I'm positively sure I didn't get it wrong).... :?
