      Hi all,
Just want to share my happiness!!!
My gal did well for her spelling!
First one she got 8/10 and the 2nd and 3rd spelling she scored 10/10!!!
I'm really so happy for her coz she worked super hard...after the first spelling she practised till she had blisters on her thumb :!: :!:
i told her to stop but she said she maybe can get 9/10..
i told her if she can get 5/10 i'll be super happy coz i know she tries VERY hard...
No reversed letters at all! Amazing!!!
We never had spelling when we were in kindergarten......and her ex school mates got words like \"cow\" and \"moo\"!!!!
      I'm going to e-mail her therapists next!!!!SOOOOO HAPPY πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„ πŸ˜„

Wow, funkymonkey, your DD did well. :ugogirl:

Juz realised that my DD’s spelling bk has this "B" & "B+" (in red ink) under the remarks column for her 3rd and 4th spelling test. Anyone noes wat it means?

            Hi can'tbearit,
I think the grades below are actually the grade for handwriting/penmanship.
My gal's teacher graded them on those too.

                  Hi Cantbearit2,
Just curious, was there a mark given as well with the \"B+\" grade?? I haven't seen a grade written on DDs' spelling books before. Last year, P1's penmanship marks were awarded according to a Handewriting practice book. Do the P1 have a handwriting practice book this year?

yes, DD got 10 out of 10 but not sure why there's a B & B+ for the 3rd & 4th spelling respectively. Now it make sense cos DD's penmanship is really not so good.

They still have the handwriting practice bk but it was not graded (or at least I din c any grades on it).

Me too!!!! But wen we did the chicken pox jab together, I acted brave. I dun normally look at the needles at the pt of contact wif my skin, but bcos of DD, I pretended it was nothing. True enough, she din cry (she was 4 y.o. wen we did it). I hope it will b more or less the same this time round at MCS.
