[Thank you for sharing. Actually , I am secretly very happy that he is joining the program...because i have been trying to make him lose weight to no avail ( giving him less food and exercising more). You know when you stay with you in laws they tend to feed the kids saying you dont give them enough ...how can they grow????? It has been my constant struggle with them.
My husband has been giving our boy less food to slim him down before he gets called up to the TAF Club. :lol:
He has started to cut down his food intake during recess as he comes back w spare change in his wallet...ha...ha...well it is good start. I do hope that he will give the canteen food a miss during recess n exercise more. -
