          Hi everyone,

I'm a new parent looking for a infant care in serangoon gardens; any reccommendations and feedback on Cherie Hearts @ Brighton Crescent is much appreciated.

          Cheers...

My DS is in Cherie Hearts @ Charlton, both brighton n charlton principal are the same person. After hoping a few Childcare located beneath HDB Void Deck and NTUC childcare were my DS was seriously ill treated and struggling to even walk in the school every morning, CH was my DS's final stop.

The teachers there are very loving and caring. They are like a big family and definately my son love to go school. The school gives constant feedbacks about the child's well being and updates on his progress. DS learn to be well organized and behaved much better with the guidance of the teachers in CH. I should say this outlet is good. I'm not aware of the other outlets thou.

Hi has anyone has feedback on CH at Anchorvale Road?

the one at Anchorvale is a new school. Initally i wanted to try out since its in SK but when i call in, the principal told me they are just starting off. Teachers are not as well trained and season as the older schools. So i enrolled DS to the one in upper serangoon call Cherie Hearts Playhouse with close concept.

Close concept: class rooms are in a form of a room instead of partition.

The one at Anchorvale should be about 2yrs in operation. If you wana know how is the school, you can bring ur child to the school and take a look. I think it is a open concept.

Hi all, just read news on CNA that Cherie Hearts is under receivership. Not sure how seriously their financial problem is, but parents who have kids in any of their centres better find out more.

The holding co is under receivership for not being able to fulfil something on their loan. They claim that the CH centres are not directly affected; but better to ask your school principals and keep a keen eye on it.

hi, managed to speak to the branch director of my son’s centre.

Most of the cherie hearts centres are owned by the franchisee and hence mananging their own financials/cashflow. She assured that e centre is profitable, and hence there will not be any impact. An australian listed child care has just acquired cherie hearts and being an established chain in australia looking at expanding into singapore, they will continue to grow cherie hearts. Not sure if they will contine to use e cherie hearts brandname or their australian childcare brandnames in the longer term though.
