With all these changes, likely P2B application ratio for the popular schools will drop this year and next year. Existing GRLs are not eligible anymore and those staying in the new GRC/SMC don't have the time to join as GRL

The ratio will probably go up again in 2 years time

every election will cause a reset on application rate on this path

Good observation. Time will tell if they allow exception for those already serve in the past years to be entitled to P2B for schools in the old GRCs.

I think affected GRL should bring it up to their respective constituencies. We may not get a definte answer instantly but at least they get direct feedback and can bring it up for discussion. Personally I do have faith that they would make sensible decisions.

I wonder 5 years ago, did they keep to the old GRC or new GRC?

Or at least they should say effective from 1 Sept 2011.
