Hey Friends, guess what? My Bluesky 'resurrected' today! :dancing: :dancing: I am so happy! :dancing: :dancing:

.....

Today's bake was inspired by peterch's illuminous green bun a few weeks ago. I attempted my very own coconut-panda bread today and the result is very good! :celebrate: I used one of my white bread recipe and substituted the liquid with coconut milk and a drop of pandan paste.

Nothing near peterch's illuminous green bun which Chief adores, but still a great success, considering that I managed to bake the loaf using my Bluesky and best of all, the bread is really yummy! :thankyou: peterch for the idea.

So happy to hear that your bluey has been resurrected :dancing: Although me thinks that u prefer the traditional but true way of making bread using the oven. Suits your creative baking style since you can shape the breads however you want them to be

Love your pandan bread :udawoman:
