I saw this Science book sold in son's school bookshop last Thur...the lady in charge told me the Science teacher asked her to order the book for the students but I bought it first to have a look and photocopy some pages for son as revision. It's avail for Lower Block too (it was in booklist).

This is the Perfect Match Textbook? Haha, a dear friend passed to me the lower block as a reference to My Pals' Are Here! (MPAH) Textbook ...Did run thru - the notes are more explanatory than MPAH and the pictures are colourful and catchy to the eyes  Guess for Science, there are really many to read & explore :!:I saw this Science book sold in son's school bookshop last Thur...the lady in charge told me the Science teacher asked her to order the book for the students but I bought it first to have a look and photocopy some pages for son as revision. This is not a textbook but for like revision supplement. My son used the lower block (in his booklist then). Not very helpful as compared to Science Process Skills. That one is really an eye-opener.janet_lee88:

Yes, agree the questions in the Science Process Skills very challenging  Am trying to look thru the questions myself before allowing my gal to attempt to it. Thank you so much for your recommendation; Appreciates.

I ran through some topics which will be tested for his CA1 under Magnets (P4) and printed out the question. Some of the questions in that book are not seen before...for eg that one on 'magic trick' on P222. -
Hi Mummies,
I’ve gone ga-ga over the Science Process Skills (upper block). Questions are so interesting. -

Learning Science is not bad...has higher order questions on skills and applications to score marks esp in open-ended. -
A friend just recommended me this title for revision for P6 (there are 2)...supposed to be very close to PSLE format.

This one is for Q&A. There are 4 books altogether.
I will go and take a look but doubt I will get anymore books.

Would like to check how many periods of Science lessons in your child’s timetable?
P3/P4 only 2 hours of Science lessons each week. P5/P6 2.5 hours. Seem very little, enough to cover entire syllabus?
