It's true, I also found it's difficult to dig out the past posts. I remember the post period is about the end 2010, you may search base on the dates, or you can ask chiefkiasu how to dig out the posts.

If i'm not wrong, they mentioned the interview is quite relax...

I'm not sure about after school care, i did not heard about it.

However, there is a school care near NYPS...

My neighbour told me NYPS's class starting time is 8:00am, and NYPS does not record later comer. Thus her DS can start from home at 7:05am every morning, whereas my DD need to start from home at 6:20am.
