Oh now you are making me crave for butterscotch ice-cream!Hey, BTW are caramel chips same as butterscotch chips? Had heard from a friend that she used them to sprinkle n the cake batter. Don't know where she got them from. I can try to find out though.

Yes, very easy. Just get an ice-cream machine .... oops, don't tell me the ice-cream machines are going to fly off from the shelves next. My boys love the butterscotch ice-cream. Maybe must go and make some for them soon. -

Most big departmental stores like Courts, Best etc. Common brand would be Philips. Bought mine from Cash Converter many years ago and it's serving me very well. It's a Phillips and a few years ago, someone gave my auntie an Italian Brand, but my auntie does not know how to use it, so gave it to me, so now I have two machines at home! -
