my son said she will be very busy for her own class and the column for math teacher's location is also empty in the form.
Surely not?IJJ:
ds brought back the letter for teacher-parent meeting. we can't meet his Math teacher cos she is the TWk9's FT, right?
You mean Mdm Chen? Yes, she is Twk9 FT, why cannot meet then?
My boy misplaced the form, I emailed the FT to get a time slot. -

Thanks for sharing Jennifer. My P4 boy lost his CL dict (passed down by my elder boy), so we went to Popular to buy a replacement. But could not find the same one. Was told by a friend that sch bookshop sells.
I checked the sch booklist and noticed the CL dict in the this year P4 booklist is approved up to 2012 only. Our present P4 PSLE year is 2013.
This morning I checked SEAB website http://www.seab.gov.sg/dictionaryList/2011PSLEDictList.pdf
There are two CL dict that are approved up to 2015.
If anyone of you is thinking of buying CL e-dict, do refer to the new list for approved models.
Phew, thank goodness the E-Dict that DD bought is in the list and can be used for her PSLE in 2014.

Hah, why round down? Shouldn't they round up? Weren't we taught in school that anything more than or equal to 0.5 will be rounded up to the next whole number? Moreover the 0.5 mark makes a lot of difference to the grades; it's an A vs B.T Nowadays Like to Round Down ....
My Gal Loves to Challenge the T ....
Guess What She Got? 74.5 ....
Is That a B or an A?
T say Round Down, So B -lor!
Ha Ha ....

IJJ:
Yeah Same Same Here.
Actually, I am more anxious to know the class median if not, average, rather than the highest. Some of these kids at the top...I ζε°θ«ε.
I Go For Checking with Cohort and Class Avg, whichever is higher.
Check point for my Gal is Always .... Above Avg .... Then No Need to Worry so Much ....
Knowing How Little Effort we put in, (After Minus-ing Time Spent on CCA), Got to Be Realistic on A Not So Top-Most Results, Right?
This Way, Less Stress ALL Round ....

You mean the hard copy of the dictionary (book form)? Actually I personally prefer the book to E-dict, as I find it so complete (the thicker, the more secure I feel)... haha!!
Lucky for you.Happy Mama:

Just wondering if the kids can bring in both i.e. E-dict and the Dictionary, to the exam hall. -

Funx3, it's marvelous how your DD is able to handle her studies coupled with her various school CCA as well as out of school activities... It's amazing! She must have very good time management skills. :celebrate:
