      Hi TAS,

When would your next bookfair be? I am interested to get your storybooks. You still have books by Chris Ryan?

            Hi TAS,

Any comment on the Cherub series? Is the theme suitable for a 10 yr old boy?

              Hi jeanllhjc,

The Cherub series is very interesting, we wanted to bring it in as well
but we discovered that there are some references to body parts that
are not so appropriate for younger kids. So I do not think it is suitable
              for a 10 year old.

                Hi seashells,

We have not decided when our next book fair will be but we will
put up updates when we do have it. We still have books by
                Chris Ryan.

Hi parents who are asking about P1/2 books,

There is a new series that is very interesting. It is
called 'Welcome to Silver Street Farm' by Nicola
                  Davis.

This series is about some children who have a city farm
full of quirky animals like poodles who have some
strange characteristics. The press and neighbours
come together to help the Silver Street Farm
come to life. It is a rather fun and interesting series.

There is another series about animals that is good.

'Dinosaur Cove: Attack of the Lizard King' by
                  Rex Stone

In this series, the main character's dad is going to
open a dinosaur museum displaying dinosaur fossils.
However, one day, the boy with his best friend discovers
that some of the dinosaurs have come to life including
a dangerous T-rex and they need to find ways to avoid and
                  run from these dinosaurs.

                      Hi plum-cake,

Sure, you can just walk in to our AMK branch and Bukit Timah branch.

However, it is advisable to call first - the number is 67588744- so
as to make sure that the branch is open and we have the book
                      you want.

                        Hi TAS,

I want to encourage my P1 boy to read with interest. I think "Andrew Lost" series that you recommended are too wordy to him. Any other books recommendation for his level? He likes to borrow easy to read books from the library, which i think he needs to improve in his reading.

                        Thank you.
