No, nothing special at the 10th medal, same 1K KPs but I think there's a 2K jump when we hit the 12th medal and by which, it's a second Oscar, not a medal, but so far, no one has 2 Oscars yet. Highest posts so far are ksi and tankee at 10K+ posts, followed by LKVM at 9K+.
