But Dong Bo Rou must be square shaped mah. If thinner slice, then not Dong Bo already. It becomes Kou Rou. πŸ˜‰

ya, the other time, hub cut it into the length of 4-5 inch.
remember to deep fried for longer time, more fragance.

Ok thanks... I just mentioned your name in Maid's thread. πŸ˜›

Wow what fruit juice did you mix with? I just bought a green papaya yesterday. Intend to boil chicken soup with it, but need to read through all the pages in the Soup thread to find the recipe as I forgot to save the recipe...

happen to have mangosteen juice (fr marigold), so i added this in.
from recipe, it stated that \"fruit juice of yr choice\" so long not too sour will do.

dun worry abt the recipe, papaya soup with chicken is very easy to boil.
juz fry few slices of ginger with the chicken till fragnant,
then aad-in water and papaya to boil with it.
add a pinch of salt to it at the end.

Ok, I have memorised the ingredients, but I find it strange that soup can be cooked with just chicken and papaya. Like that got taste meh? Interesting hor? πŸ˜‰ Got to try to know.

Oh ya, how much papaya to put in?
