      Happy Mama:
      Augmum:

happen to have mangosteen juice (fr marigold), so i added this in. from recipe, it stated that \"fruit juice of yr choice\" so long not too sour will do.

dun worry abt the recipe, papaya soup with chicken is very easy to boil.
juz fry few slices of ginger with the chicken till fragnant,
then aad-in water and papaya to boil with it.
add a pinch of salt to it at the end.

Wow so interesting to cook with mangosteen juice.

Ok, I have memorised the ingredients, but I find it strange that soup can be cooked with just chicken and papaya. Like that got taste meh? Interesting hor? šŸ˜‰ Got to try to know.

Oh ya, how much papaya to put in?

oh....dun look down on the papaya soup, it would turn out NICE. šŸ˜„
dun put too many slices of ginger, 3 slices will do.

1 small papaya will do. ( i use the small Hawaiian papaya).

Augmum, for the pork, which part do you buy? So just need to slice thinly and fry is it? Do we need to add flour to pork?

              Waaaaah Augmum,

              Another delicious looking dish

Can share share the recipe? Like Happy Mama, I would also like to try out this dish but not sure which part of the pork meat to use.

BTW, I have tried pan fried Salmon with with mango and ginger jam before and its very nice. If I am cooking it again, will post pix. My DS likes the Salmon dish alot šŸ˜„

i used the boneless loin meat.
                        no need very thinly sliced.
