          Augmum, for the pork, which part do you buy? So just need to slice thinly and fry is it? Do we need to add flour to pork?

          i used the boneless loin meat.
          no need very thinly sliced.

            Can share share the recipe? Like Happy Mama, I would also like to try out this dish but not sure which part of the pork meat to use.

            BTW, I have tried pan fried Salmon with with mango and ginger jam before and its very nice. If I am cooking it again, will post pix. My DS likes the Salmon dish alot šŸ˜„

              Hi Augmum,

              I have tried it with kurau and cod fish also. But DS likes the salmon best.

              Maybe can try with Sutchi or dory fish as they are also white fish.
