Chief will still give you your 2K KPs even though you do not have a personal thread, but it would make things more difficult for him because he won't know that you have achieved your 1st medal and secondly, without your personal thread, we won't know where to go to congratulate you, at least give me a chance to 'pay you back', right?

oh...now i am using tinypic.com to upload (Big D recommended it that day)
but NOT all the time works too.
juz now, i try using the postimage, but it doesn't work so switch to tinypic.
but sometimes, after a few tries, it does work too.
