It's mango season now...but do be careful not to eat too much as mango can be heaty.

      oh yes, not only heaty,
a slight cough (for some pple, even no cough) cannot eat mangoes, as it 'll get worse.

Is true, it is a bit heaty, but is one of the most nutritious fruits. I love it:)

            ANobleNerd,

yr mango desserts look both deleicious and appealing.
u use a cookie cutter for the mango with the heart-shaped ?? looks really nice.
Yup - I love to cut the shapes out with a cookie cutter, especially since the rest of the mango will go into the food processor to be pureed! šŸ˜„

Thanks everyone for your kind comments! :celebrate:

Thanks ANobleNerd! Will try your recipe soon :celebrate: Just happen to see Longan (dragon eye) at Fairprice selling at $5/kg. Another heaty fruit which is unresistable... sigh..

I finally went today, but the loose mangoes and the ones in the boxes were too overripe and mushy 😢 😢

I have to go back again. They had loads of stock though. New batches were in the trolleys waiting to be unloaded
autumnbronze, this message is for you. I remember reading somewhere that you were looking for Alphonso Mangoes, right? NTUC @ NEX is selling the Alphonso Mango for $2.50 each. A bit pricey for such a small mango.
