Where are they transferring the stock from? Other branches? Perhaps with so many KSP lurkers around, they have totally run out of stock and are waiting for replenishment.

They are supposed to call me yesterday to confirm if the stock has arrived at the North branch but I have not hear from them yet. :x

I am using NA100. If I remembered correctly, I was told by the Novita salesperson that I cannot use another brand of aroma oil for Novita products except theirs. I have been "faithfully" buying their essential oil till now but I think its quite expensive and the choices are rather limited. Thinking of buying other brands… should be ok right?

Hi cotton candy, the salesperson got to be kidding...
I never bought their pil when I bought the diffuser and have been using my own oil since then (though I just bought the diffuser)... I believe many others who bought the diffuser use their own oil too. -

If I'm told stories like this by any salesperson, I'll just take my business to someone else. Sales people or businesses that try to generate revenue by preying on the information asymmetry of consumers are simple business people - they just want to get your money and have no interest about whether their products really work for you. -

May I know does the NOVITA diffuser consumes alot of electricity if we used it for the whole night from 9 p m to 6.00 am in the morning for 365 days? Tks
