Sure.. recipe as follows. Enjoy baking šŸ™‚

          Ingredients
200gms Hard Butter (salted or unsalted)
          100gms Sugar (Fine or Castor)
          1 egg
400gms Plain Flour (pour only 350gms to the mixer, keep 50gms for later use)
50gms Roasted Almond Powder (Optional-This is to improve the pastry fragrance)

          Method For Tart Pastry
Cut the butter into small pcs and mix the sugar in the mixer with slow speed.
After the sugar and butter mix well, then turn to medium speed to mix until fluffy (very light cream white colour).
Turn to slow speed, add in the egg.
Add in the plain flour and almond power slowly and mix well until form a dough.
Remove the dough from the mixer and knead well. If it is too soft, slowly add some flour (from the remaining 50gms) and knead well.
          Preheat the oven 160 deg
Shape the dough into tart moulds.
Bake until golden brown (160 deg for 15 to 20 mins)

Method for the Topping the Tart
Mix well 100gms Custard powder with 500ml water.
Boil #1 with 150gms sugar, stir until turn thick.
Top up the custard filling on the Tarts, follow by fruits (Peach, Longan, Kiwi, Pineapple, Assorted Berries etc)
Boil together ½ tbsp agar-agar powder, 150ml water and 50gms sugar for the glazing. Or melt 100g apricot gel in 80ml water.
Put in Fridge to keep cold.

          Special Remarks:

*You can pre-bake the tart pastry one day earlier and keep in fridge.

so u cooked the custard first and fill them up , i see....

i had juz baked one similar to yrs, (also my 1 st attempt)
but i poured the watery custard into the pie tart to bake.
but i dun like this way of doing,
becos it almost burnt my hands when i brought the tray back to the oven. (as i was taking care not to spill the watery egg cuatard) šŸ˜›
