My gal is now in SGGPS. We were lucky that there was no balloting required for < 1km for Phase 2C when we enrolled.

Over the past few years, I have been interacting with the parents and being "kapo", I also asked those who have done PV in order to get their gal qualified in Phase 2B on how they got selected and what are the tips.

They shared with me on what are the skills they offered to the school and what are the questions asked during the interview. I will try to compile the list and post them here for sharing…

        Hi,

        1) I noticed that SCGS intake for P1 is 200 students. May I know how many students in a class? From what I see, there are normally 30 students in a class right, so it means there are 6 classes with 30 students, and 1 class with 20 students?

        2) Is it true that SCGS do not accept PV?

it would be more like 40 students in 5 classes.

                      Hi Courage,

Can you tell me more about the Admission Test? Do you mean the school also takes students for P1, fo those who are not admitted during the Jul/Aug P1 registration?

I m keen to find out.

                        Hi i3mum,

there will be an admission test on every March/April or October every year so u may want to check their sch website around Feb and Sep. Fees will be $25 so can try.
