I called up SHHK, they say they will be having a meeting tomorrow to discuss this and can only conclude after the meeting.

i think there is no hard and fast rules on the no. of years cos every year will differ according to demand and supply.

I remember I read in previous thread that for one particular year for Aitong, you need to have min. 4 years of membership tenure before they will even give you the letter.

Generally, the longer the tenure, the higher the chance of getting the letter.

Once again, good luck to awaiting letters parents ! It looks like getting a job after the interview..ha ha.

Looks incredibly non-transparent and subjective :!: , for something as important as school admissions. Are there any internal checks and balances?
