Okay, seems like we have been chatting like nobody's business in ksi's thread. Now time to resume our chat with ksi to earn points!

Hey, ksi, so far, after that first trip to Marina Barrage, have you gone there again or anywhere else to fly kites for that matter?

For us, since that trip to Marina Barage last year, we made one more trip there with my younger son's classmate and had another session at West Coast Park on Deepavali last year.

Nowdays there have been too many kites around in Jurong area maybe all have kite flying fever

Think the problem is wherever there is an open field, bond to have people flying kites, but apparently, think those in Jurong are too close for comfort. Heard that some kites/strings got stuck on the MRT tracks and I think that is very dangerous. 😐

Yes exactly thats why i am scared now they made some rule of dunno 2m or wat then cannot fly near the MRT track... but still I see so many kites everyday...

Having a rule is one thing, but enforcing the rule is another.

There are no smoking rules at bus-stops, in lifts and in aircon places, but where's the enforcement?

And again cyclists are not allowed on footpaths except for Tampines, but again, where's the enforcemment? :x :stupid: 😐

                    cyclists... thats my most :x :x :x

everytime need to go this side that side else they will just ring ring n ring :x
You count yourself lucky that you are not in Tampines whereby they are officially allowed on footpaths! As it is, they are already bullying us on footpaths when they have no legal rights to be there, what more about when they are allowed officially on the footpaths. Think was a stupid idea to allow them on footpaths in Tampines, but well, when it was suggested by the MP herself, what can the residents do, right? :x
