Hi, this is my 1st post. would like to check how early should we look for student care. My boy in k2 now and currently in childcare. Should be putting him at unity pri sch unless being ballotted out. Please advise any good student care which will fetch student to unity primary school. Actually u all think yew tee primary school is good or unity primary school is better?

my son (P2) is in Cherie Heart (Limbang Shopping Centre). The teacher is quite good as she is very fierce and all the kids will do their homework in the centre before going home. She will let the children do the spelling (English and Chinese), so parents no need to worry.

I heard Pro - Tech also good.

My kid is going to P1 next yr. Its a single session school so hw should I arrange for transport for him to student care as it depends on CCA?

Also, any recommendations around CCK st 52 area? He will be attending De La Salle.

What are the things to look out for? My objective is for him to have guidance in his school work as my mum-in-law can only teach chinese and will probably spoil him and give in to his demands of watching TV.

However, I’m worried about his lunch, nap etc though.

I am also putting my ds to BASC.. when he attends P1 next year..

I can't give you much advise.. as I don't stay near your area..

What I did was to explore around those BASC that are near the school.. went to a few to see the environment.. ask some questions.. and then make a decision...

Think there is a thread that talks about the basic thing to look out for a good one.. you may use that as a reference.. otherwise.. is gut feel le..
