Original Title: Comments on these CC.

      Hi everyone,
I'm starting to 'shop' around for childcare for my daughter who will start attending preN next year. I have been looking at these CC,

1)Arts Kidz @ Tiong Bahru CC
      2)Cambridge @ Novena
3)Learning Vision (either TTSH or KKH or Revenue House or Surbana, if they have sch bus)
      4)Superland Monterssori @ Ganges Ave
5)Little Skool House International @ Thomson (MCYS)
6)My First Skool (not sure of location cos all really out of the way, hoping they have skool bus)

      Any comments?

Thank you to all in advance!

Cambridge CDC, learning vision,Pat’s schoolhouse. I think these are the few in the area.

Any specific details on what’s considered "good" to you?

I doubt you will be able to place them in Pat’s as the waiting list is really long.

But of cos, no harm trying.
Are you in a hurry to get them into a childcare center?
If you are i think it maybe quite hard to get a place in the centers mentioned in my previous post.
              1. Many working parents in that area (Probably will place their kids in a center near their workplace)
2.All the centers above are quite popular among parents so i guess some from other areas will still send their kids to those CCCs.

There is a Qdees at toapayoh. Mayb you want to check them out? Of cos the teachers and all will be different but at the bare minimum there should be some standard things like curriculum, expectations of teachers? Not too sure. have not been to Qdees either.

Have you considered CCCs in other areas?

i agree with little helper as im working in novena. the best in the area would be pats. But it’s unlikely to get in. So, ur options would be cambridge and learning vision? But the learning vision that u might possibly get is the one at gentle road. revenue house and ttsh’s are full with parent’s working thre. Hope this helps.

ya so sad i been so stress out. pat school house is full till prob next year. the learning vision also full. i dont really like cambridge after been there. i feel its like a jail. such a small house that have 80 plus children… maybe i am wrong but i feel so cramp.

                      Hi jellybnzw

Could I ask which childcare have you put your daughter in?

                      Thank you.

A friend’s child is with Pat’s. Two thumbs up for their curriculum and dedicated teachers. I can see a difference in her child’s articulation and confidence level. Fees are on the higher end if u compare it with the average childcare.
