By the way, I'm running out of ideas what loaves to bake. I've been baking all the various types of Fruit Loaf (raisin, cranberry, apricot etc) day in day out and we are getting bored.


Does anyone know if we can get dried durians or jackfruits? It will be interesting to bake durian or jackfruit loaf! :love: :drool:

I believe I have seen dried jackfruit before, but just that off-hand, am unable to tell you where I have seen them.

Oh yes, maybe it's time for a visit to the Library for ideas? :idea:

No, as far as I know, there were only two luminous green loaves, first one from peterch, second one from me, though mine was not as luminous as peterch's!
