I will be bringing my kiddos there this weekend.


May I know if the food at the resort any good or should we bring own food/drinks? Food there is acceptable, eg burgers, fried chicken, pizza, etc. Soft drinks are costly, there are many water coolers if you don't mind. Also, are there many lockers at each attraction? Are they FOC? At some attractions, lockers are foc only for a limited time period. If the q is long for that attraction and you exceeded the foc time period then you've to pay for it. Lastly Is it a hassle to convert day pass ticket to annual pass at the counters? No hassle at all, just wait around for processing and photo taking. TIA!

Do you think it is worth getting annual pass? It’s pretty ex & there aren’t many rides plus the waiting time is so–so long.

I m annual pass holder, I’ve no intention to renew. What I noticed is RWS welcome day pass visitors which they are not short of, they don’t treasure AP holders, esp Fun Pass category.


Personally, I feel that now is not the time to get AP, should wait for more rides to be opened first.

Hi cascada, just wondering, were you given additional 3 months extension to your annual pass membership? We were given 3 more months, so I guess the reason must be because a few rides were still not opened yet.

I am wondering when the Madagascar Ride will be opened. Can't wait for it!

Yes, we were given the 3 mth extension, so our AP will end somewhere in Jul.
Heard that MACA ride is something like JPRA, another roller coaster ride? USS is targeting to open it next mth/ Jun, so ‘pioneer’ AP holders may get at least a ride on it before their AP expire.

Hi, I'm back frm my USS adventure! :lol:


I converted my 1-day pass to a 2-day pass cos my children just couldn't get enough of the roller coasters.

Last weekend was not too crowded esp yesterday. we could get onto as many rides as we wanted (& mostly 1st row seats) & waiting time is mostly 5 min (only a few rides are abt 15 min of waiting)

The lockers FOC period varies with queuing time. Usually, it's good for 1 ride but becos yesterday was not crowded, we were able to go for 2 rides with the FOC timeframe. 2-days is just sufficient to explore the park thoroughly & get enough of the rides IMO.

The food in USS is seriously overpriced which is expected. However, the plus points are that they have watercoolers at all their restrooms areas & FOC lockers and the staff are mostly polite & helpful .

Yeah, I think getting an anual pass may not be worth it as there are too few good rides for my older children. I don't think we will go there again till another year. Just wait for some promo on tickets to go, like they are having 20% off for mastercard holders now.
