13 mths should be in infant care and I am not sure if there is any in Yishun but for child care, yes, there are a lot in this area but the youngest starts at 18mths. Select a few of your preferred centers and ask for feedback. HTH.

Check out \"My Little Campus\" the Yishun branch on below address.

This is quite a reputable child-care centre and very popular one in Sembawang, Canberra, Admiralty. The Bishan branch already has a very long queue and hard to get in. Check out the Yishun one which should be nearest to you:

You can try Little Greenhouse. The Yishun branch is very full. Seems quite popular.
