Can you tell me more about the Admission Test? Do you mean the school also takes students for P1, fo those who are not admitted during the Jul/Aug P1 registration?

I called the school, they mentioned the admission test is only for P2 students onwards, not for the " usual" P1 enrollment.

Not sure what you're asking, but if she doesn't get into SCGS in Phase 2C, she'll have to go find another school with vacancies in Phase 3.

I made a mistake. If you're not successful in Phase 2C, you will have to try registering again under Phase 2C supplementary in schools which still have vacancies. The list of schools with vacancies is made available on the MOE site.
