Anyway, our concern for getting him the phone is - while we can buy mobile plan to limit the call-time or # of sms, we can't control when they call / sms, or too much time spend playing iphone games, or surfing etc, whether at home (I am a FTWM) or in sch.
if the phone is only meant for communication, u dun hv to get the data plan or one with downloadable games? why must it be an iphone?

Nowadays I can only see my toes when I bathe. I no longer can see my whole feet because they're obscured by tummy. :slapshead:

So tomorrow I'll go BT hill for some workout, charge!

Can charge many times .... a few long weekends coming up.

Every day after I come home from work at around 7pm, I would jog down the street and jog back with my dd. After that, then I take a shower and eat my dinner at 7.30pm. I think it is an easy way to exercise.[/quote]try walking at least 10000 steps everyday. i am told that walking is the best form of exercise. one guy i know lost more than 10 kg over one yr of walking 10000 per day. have to use a step-meter device to count. i just started mine last week but i dun know how long i can sustain as it really takes time and discipline each day.

Agreed dyh. Basic model with a pre-paid card will fulfill it's purpose. This can prevent accident data download and playing too much game which you cannot control as the phone belongs to them.

Most importantly parents must not add stress and pressure; they must be a good listener and listen to them, give support and stay away from criticism......

Good to constantly remind ourselves ....:)
