That's coined from something that my husband likes to eat.

Many years ago, I had some char siew filling left over from making char siew buns and the quantity was neither here nor there, not enough to make another batch of char siew buns, so I went to rake my freezer and decided to use my frozen prata with char siew filling and shaped it into a 'curry puff'.

To my surprise, it turned out very, very nice, especially when eaten hot from the oven, so we coined a term for it, called it \"Chinese Married Indian\" and since then each time I have left over char siew filling from my char siew buns, I would make \"Chinese Married Indian\" for my husband! :lol: And he would :drool: each time I tell him that I am making \"Chinese Married Indian\" for him!
