< 1km = 72

1-2 km = 16 (ballot for 11 places)

2A2 = 1 dropped out

I just realised on Tao Nan website, there are 83 seats for Phase 2B and 81 seats for Phase 2C. Shouldn't it be an equal distribution, ie 82 for each Phase?
