I'm using services from Hong Tar, so far so good. Juz that I find the gal answering the phone sometimes quite blur

I'm also using Hong Tar. Got my air-con units from them 5 years ago and they have been servicing the units ever since. Friendly guys and they would not charge you for services you do not need.

I tried before few small air-con svc co but felt they anyhow charge..always insist me to overhaul the fan coil which cost $100 each. Thereafter, I tried Gain City and pleased with their svc. Engaged them since 2.5 yrs ago till now..charges reasonable $35 per fan coil for ad-hoc sv..if contract will be cheaper. Saw them clean quite thoroughly..and those Malaysian staffs v friendly

My aircon main switch plug just exploded! The plug just blew! Lucily got curtain to block, else dunno where the plug cover fly to. What do I do now?? Contact contractor or go straight to using warranty (still under warranty).
