rulang...........58 only left for 2C until today, me in 1 km but still scared of balloting in 2C :?:

Hi,
I stay in taman jurong and so it seems that only Lakside Pri is within 1km of my house. The rest of the schools apart from boon lay and corporation seem to be rather competitive. Makes me want to take the easy way out because it seems that even when we pv or we move within 1km, we may not get the school of our choice.
May i know how is Lakeside Pri? Is it really that bad or is there anything good about that school? -
hahha...........rulang ballotting in 2B !!!!!!!!!! even no use of PV it seems.......... 54 registered for 52 seats. :?

haha.i am also one of those taking risks to apply for rulang pri school.I know balloting is confirmed.unless this year very lucky.keke

When we 1st applied for PV, there were over 100applications and only 40+ were shortlisted as the school said that they did not want to waste other parents' time. Well, this time round, still miscalculate cos 54 vying for 52 ...sigh.....
Well keep my fingers crossed and hope we get a place... -

wah got 100+ applications for PV.i need to be more prepared that more ppl may be applying in Phase 2C.
also keep my fingers crossed.hope that the APP rate lower than last year 190+%.then at least got at least 67% chance of getting in.keke -
I suggest you should go for West Grove since you are within 1km of the school.Better than to apply for Rulang when you are within 2km of the school.
After all, from what i see ,West Grove is also a good school.You will have higher chances there since u are within 1km.
If Rulang has balloting for those within 1km, you do not stand a chance at all. -

Nuttyjo, how far do u stay from the school? If it is 54 fighting for 52 places, most probably it would be for those out of 2km (my guess). Hopefully they will discover there are 2 sets of twins/triplets within the 54 applicants? (like the case of HPPS in 2C last year)..Balloting indeed for Ph2B....my fear has come true

I spoke to a PV of Rulang, he’s up for balloting for the 52 seats even he’s staying within 1 km. :!:
