For me I prefer to use B.I.P card. Card costs $8.50 will get $11. The best value to call Jakarta. But u hv to call the home number not the HP. For other part of Indo will cost more.

For me http://www.connectcard.us is working absolutely fine. I have been using it to call in India and Canada at cheap call rates starting at 1.9cents and its all pinless so no need to enter pin numbers every time you make a call.

Indonesia Landline: ¢ 6.9
Indonesia Mobile : ¢ 12.9
