Do you mind me asking how much are you paying in terms of per hour? In terms of charges, their prices are a bit steep.

I have engaged them for my mother house once weekly service. My mother house is 4 room HDB flat and I pay $220 for 4 service of 4 hours and for the first time there is a 5%discount for the first month. I find it reasonable as I have tried other cleaning company before. Some of the companies are more expensive and they do have agent fee and registration fee. Some of the companies do not take charge of their cleaners. I have experience cleaner MIA and lots of problems. For this company I have engaged them till now about 4 months and I didn’t have any problems. Their service is good and always keeps in contact to follow up on the service which I like about them. They are serious about providing the service. This is just my opinion, you may want to try out and see by yourself.

Hope you get a good cleaners 

                MommyDearest:

Yes, I COMPLETELY AGREE with you!! Have had several bad encounters myself too! These China cleaners can even try to sell you things like shoes from China as their side earnings. Besides, some can even talk on th handphone with one hand and do the cleaning chores with the other! So professional that I think none of us here can do like them!!
When confronted of such poor work attitude to cut corners and drag time to maximise their earnings without performing quality work, they can glib their way through and talk louder than you (the one paying the money).....they just can't be out-talked. :x

I'm currently working with an agency to source for a replacement because my current China cleaner MIA after I confronted her on her last session of her poor work attitude. Her agency can even suggest that I be nicer to her (like serving her drinks and giving her some goodies like snacks to eat during her cleaning sessions) so that her work attitude can improve!!! RIDICULOUS!! Over my past decade of work experience, I had never expect my boss to serve me in order that I can perform better!! So frustrated over those agencies who are only intested in earning commission and not interested in hearing employers' concerns and needs :stupid:

If my new replacement cleaner works out good, I will feedback here to share with all. Wish me luck !! 😄
:yikes: I agree that this is RIDICULOUS! Should have asked your agency if she needs massages as well. :siao: Mind sharing which agency pls? If cannot be shared over here, I think you can share it under \"Alternative Views\"? Mine does not talk on the phone while doing the work. She will stop and talk and will start again when finished but she does take her meal here and yes, I have to pay for the time she used to heat up her food on my stove and the time to eat as well. I think I am almost left without even bones if she continues to stay but at the moment, due to some health problems, I can only kick her out only after I have gotten a new one. She really jiak gao gao of me.
