actually by moving to JB, yr money will be like rubberband can stretch much longer .....a wise idea šŸ˜‰

ya, heard that too, singaporeans staying in JB.

poppy, some of the houses' prices (those not in the prime location) instead of appreciate , they depreciate........ šŸ˜‰
i was offered to take over a semi D at FOC so long i take over the mortgage loan. šŸ˜‰

Don't forget to add in the fuel cost for traveling up and down Singapore custom to Singapore. And add up the time needed to travel.

Oops, if u follow the discussion , my idea of \"money like rubberband\"
i am referring to retirement living not now........
regarding the Singaporeans staying in JB, yes, is an example spotted by forummer Poppy.[/quote]So how to become Malaysia citizens/Malaysia PR? If cannot then have to prepare \"wheelchair/walking sticks\" for old to move in and out Singapore?

precisely we offered more than 40% more and yet no taker from SG citizens

but why should we short change our public shareholders if we could hire equally capable people at lesser cost ??!! our duty is first and foremost maximising our shareholders' value. šŸ˜“ šŸ˜“

agree with you that in many instances we price ourselves out of the market šŸ˜„ šŸ˜„

as for the MP etc, why not outsource to foreigners as well ?  šŸ¦† šŸ¦†
No wonder some (if not most) SG local feel that we are getting short changed for tax payer's $$... if we can have equally capable MPs at lesser cost... why not?

                  :?

Actually, I'm more of making a comment rather than a question.. šŸ˜‰

We all know what \"most\" are like..

Not sure if I understand your point. The Japan PM did not handle the crisis well at all. Would you rather have a good leader or a lousy one who gives up his salary when something went wrong?

We expect a minister who is paid extraordinary salary to perform extraordinarily.

We expect nothing goes wrong, but if it does, there should be accountability.

What we observed was something does goes wrong and they didn't even give up their salary.

In this aspect, our leaders lose the respect.

I simply dont understand all these people. IF they are so unhappy, why so many still only voted for a reputable proven formula, but which regularly under-perform ? Why stick to a devil that you know, then to try out an unknown entity ? :siao:

defintely many ksks people in Sg. :imconstipated:

You won't know who this resident has voted. Maybe did not vote the party in, but happen that majority voted that party?

                      Yes, Oopsgal,
I was referring to the other 57% goons.

sidetrack, Chiam See Tong's 1984 win results, against soul-less Mah. but paths have taken drastically differently since then. So, do we reward the good people or not ? I agree with limlim's views. :salute:
