oh mine...hope all in your family are fine now. 2 weeks ago I had a terrible sore throat that I can hardly talk..So got to use a white board to interact with my dd while coaching her in her work. Lucky I had a speedy recovery after doc gave me an antibiotic jab
Yes, the virus is still going round. My ds's FT was on mc on monday. Dd's FT had sore throat and could not scold the class
So had to put the kids on antibiotics, let them rest well in the afternoon and do some light revision at night. So let's see how it goes.

Sorry, what P2 tests are you referring to? Didn't know there was any. -
Hi csb,
The P1 and 2s are having their subject reviews this week and the last paper will be on Monday. Did you receive the notice earlier in the term? -
Thanks chasingjelly. That slipped my mind. We did no preparation at home. With holistic assessment, I’m losing track and the only things I remember are the Chinese tingxie and chuang guan, since I get feedback frequently on this weak subject of ds.

Hi,
I am new here and my gal will be entering maha bodhi next yr P1. Can anybody advise me on the session and is anybody staying around bedok reservoir? do you let your child take the school bus? does the school bus pick up very early and drop off late?
also, are we allowed to be in the school for the first few days to ensure that they know how to buy food?
any advise is greatly appreciated! -
Hi ciheal,
Next year’s P1 will still be in the pm. The session is from 1220 to 620pm. Parents are allowed to go into the school for the 1st 3 days during recess and during these 3 days, the food is being catered. Subsequently, the children will be allowed to buy their food. There will be PVs around assisting the children. hth -
Just to add on. You may sign up as parent volunteer to help out during the 3-day orientation for P1s. Duties include leading the P1 classes from the hall to classrooms after assembly and leading them from classrooms to canteen for recess. Recruitment is usually conducted after the briefing for P1 parents on registration day (the day when P1 parents go to school to do the admin paper work, buy books and uniform…some time in October.
For the first 3 days, food will be catered for all the P1 kids so they will just sit down to eat the food laid on their table. -
