Yes, to all NTUC outlets. However, I had to go to different NTUCs to buy what I want. Nex has a broad range, you will most likely get most of your stuff there.

Can go to TOTTS at Sime Darby Centre too. They have a section on Bakeware. There’s also ingredients like Valrhona chocolate, baking paste, etc.
Pretty nice place to shop but they carry some expensive range of items too. -

I'm in trouble liao. Dropped my car off for servicing at Sime Darby and on my way back to the office, saw TOTTS.
OMG, all the gleaming pots and pans and bakeware. Could not resist, went in to have a look. Luckily they not open yet.
But I will be collecting my car later and the temptation to go in will be sooo great. -

Ummmm, actually hor oredi took note of wat they have and then came home to check wat I dun have and also wat I need to replace. Will be back there again. -
