careful with that heart of yours Chief, at our age, too much throbbing is kinda stressful...but surprise to know that you are so 'sentimental'

I'm not sure how watching that show in the hope of finally seeing her die can be construed as sentimental. It was just teenage adrenalin flowing, plain and simple. Eye candy.

Teenage idol - you have your eye candy :hi5: we have our mills and boon , barbara cartland ,劉文正 :dancing:

Those were the days my friends, we thought it never end,

That's the real life story of the wife of the founder of Yaohan Group. I watched the show as a child and followed the development of the family in real life. For someone who grew up watching Oshin and shopping at Yaohan, it's really sad to see how it all ended. She has a very beautiful granddaughter who used to work in Singapore.

I'm wondering if Momoe Yamaguchi is by any chance related to the powerful Yamaguchi-gumi.

              Ladies errrrrrrrr, or rather girls,

Anyone a fan of Mallory Towers, Naughtiest Girl in class etc .... by Enid Blyton???

Talking about Adrian Lim, remember the cable car incident .... this one was in the 80s.
Cable car incident happened in around Jan 1983

I had a photo of the Eniwetok crane at the Keppel Shipyard next to the cable of the cable car.

The photo was taken from Mount Faber using a Leica one day before the accident happened.

On the night of the accident, I was on bus no 30, and wondering why the huge traffic jam and why lots of police car and ambulance and helicopters swirling around, took me hours to get home that night

That time BG Lee HL was still in army and he was in charge and command of the rescue operation.

              Cannot forget the incident

I was luckier coz mine was pierced using the \"gun\" and had ear-studs to wear. I remember some of my classmates used the wooden broomstick or thread as ear rings back then. 😉

Broomstick?? :scratchhead: ear hole must be quite big then

I remembered the ginger numb the ears and I wore little gold loop earrings. Twice my comb got entangled in the loop earrings and I unknowingly dragged the comb and \"scream\" :yikes: That was when I changed to little gold studs.

:rotflmao: :rotflmao: more like toothpick than broomstick lar :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
