wow!!! this thread is going so fast... i am lost

anyway i saw this shop at Leisure Park level 2 which sells alot of things from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s... i even saw the old type writer where i rem the fingers can go in if didnt aim properly. hehehee
my sister used the Brother brand typewriter and yes, my fingers tend to drop in between the keys when I practised with it. Wish she had kept it.

imagine if we have kept some of those precious stuff from our childhood, they would be antique and worth a fortune by now. It's nice to see people appreciating retro style now and then :boogie:

i tried to take a pic fr the shop but the owner was looking at me, so didnt take any pic, if u will like to show to your children on the things that we used to use, it's a good play to go, FOC some more

When I sent DD to CHS for the Discovery vacation camp last year, I saw that they have a whole collection of old things on display. Things like phone with a dial, charcoal iron, typewriter, etc. I had a good time telling DD what they are! πŸ˜‰

Last time the biscuit seem to be tastier, now the taste a bit different

I suspect the biscuits are fine... just that our taste buds may have aged, umm like in good wine πŸ˜“

Hmmm.....maybe but I managed to find the bandung drink that taste like when I had it as a child
