Just received flier on Family day at HWS. Anyone going? What’s this about? Giant funfair or what.

DS1 has class in the morning, so likely we’ll give it a miss.

I'm re-arranging my kids Sun schedule, hopping to clear it.

Know it's early yet since not confirmed placement in HW but may I know are there designated CCA days at HW?

They don’t typically have things going on during Sundays - better to clear Saturdays instead.

I think CCAs are generally held on Tuesdays. And maybe Thursdays/Saturdays…depending on the cca signed up. But cca is only compulsory from P3 onwards…before that, it’s "strongly encouraged".

The kids' courses are long term, so trying not to clash with school's CCAs. Since morning session, was trying to see if can slot their classes during wkdays, but then must balance homework......

DD currently complaining no time to play, so trying to re-arrange her Sun schedule. She just takes too long to finish her dinner, but try telling her that, it does not go in.....Anyway I'm too want to rest on Sun, so will explore see how

What about the P1/P2 activity day on this coming thursday (26/05/11). Anybody knows what is this all about?

I saw the P1/P2 activity in the web calendar, but no peeps yet on what this is about. Forgot to check with DS also. Anyways, PTM is on Friday…I’m inclined to think this is not something we need to involve in (if any).
